The college has a staff council whose main work is to frame the policies of the college to strengthen the hands of the authority. It comprises of the teaching staffs only. In certain emergencies, the secretary of the council may call for a meeting to discuss on the matter and take unanimous decision. The senior most member of the teaching staff will act as the secretary of the council.
